A Phi Epsilon Kappa Endowment Trust fund shall be established for the purpose of:
Assisting the Fraternity with financial resources for the encouragement of awards, publications, research projects, scholarships and other worthwhile projects in a manner described in the subsequent sections of this agreement. These purposes shall be so interpreted that the effect is to encourage a lifetime relationship between Phi Epsilon Kappa Fraternity and its members.
